EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Event Terms and Conditions

These terms (“Event Terms”) apply to every ticket or PPV pass purchased for events organized by 8FL Antwerp BV (hereinafter: “the Organizer”, “we”, or “us”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to these terms.

1. TICKETS AND ACCESS

  • Verification: Please check your tickets immediately upon receipt. Errors cannot always be rectified afterwards.

  • Resale: Tickets are for personal use. Reselling tickets for a price higher than the face value is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate resold tickets without a refund.

  • Age Requirement: The minimum age for access to the gala in Antwerp is 16 years, unless expressly stated otherwise. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A valid ID may be requested at the entrance.

  • Animals: Bringing animals to the event is not permitted (with the exception of officially registered assistance dogs).

2. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Fight Card: The line-up of fighters (the “Fight Card”) is subject to change (e.g., due to injuries or visa issues). A change in the Fight Card does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

  • Scheduling: The Organizer reserves the right to change start times or the order of the matches.

  • Cancellation: If the event is fully cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees) or a voucher for a future event. Travel and accommodation costs will never be reimbursed.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY

For the safety of all fans, 8FL Antwerp maintains a Zero Tolerance policy regarding:

  • Aggressive behavior, fighting, or threats outside the ring.

  • Discrimination, racism, or offensive remarks/gestures.

  • Intoxication or the use of illegal substances.

  • Wearing clothing that incites violence, hooliganism, or displays of criminal organizations.

  • Throwing objects towards the ring or at fellow visitors.

  • Sanction: In the event of a violation, security has the right to remove you from the venue immediately without the right to a refund.

4. RECORDING AND MEDIA

  • Footage: Visitors may be filmed or photographed for broadcasts, 8FL promotional purposes, or security reasons. By attending, you grant permission for the use of these images.

  • Personal Recording: Making professional video or audio recordings is prohibited without written consent. The use of smartphones for personal use (social media) is permitted, provided it does not hinder other fans.

5. LIABILITY

  • Attending the event is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • The Organizer is not liable for indirect damages or costs due to cancellation or rescheduling as a result of force majeure (see Article 6).

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure (such as fire, strikes, extreme weather conditions, terrorism, pandemics, or orders from the police/local authorities) that make holding the event impossible, 8FL Antwerp is not liable for compensation. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event to a new date.

7. VENUE HOUSE RULES

In addition to these terms, the house rules of the specific venue in Antwerp are in effect. Instructions from security personnel and 8FL staff must be followed immediately.
