TERMS OF USE & TICKETING CONDITIONS – 8FL ANTWERP

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the website of 8FL Antwerp (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “8FL”), located at the web address 8fl.be and all associated pages (the “Site”).

By visiting this Site and/or using its content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using this Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the Site in a manner that infringes on the rights of third parties or the law.

4. TICKETS AND EVENTS

Specific conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for our events (FightGala):

  • 4.1 Terms of Sale: All ticket sales are final. Upon payment, the ticket will be sent electronically to the provided email address. The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information.

  • 4.2 Cancellation: If the event is fully cancelled by 8FL (excluding force majeure), the buyer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees), unless otherwise communicated.

  • 4.3 Rescheduling: If the event is moved to a different date or location, tickets remain valid for the new date. If the buyer is unable to attend on the new date, a refund can be requested within a timeframe specified by 8FL.

  • 4.4 Program Changes: The “fight card” (match program) is subject to change. Changes in the line-up due to injuries or other unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

  • 4.5 Access & Safety: Each ticket is valid only once. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors who do not comply with the house rules of the venue in Antwerp, are under the influence of controlled substances, or pose a threat to safety. Security searches may be conducted at the entrance.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, photos, fight videos, logos, and graphic design, is the property of 8FL Antwerp BV or its licensors.

  • It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit material from this Site without prior written consent.

  • Official recordings made during the gala are the exclusive property of 8FL.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we strive for an error-free website, the Site is provided on an “as-is” basis. 8FL Antwerp BV is not liable for:

  • Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or viruses.

  • Indirect damage or loss of data resulting from the use of the Site.

  • Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties (such as fighter profiles or fight cards).


7. AGE AND CONSENT

By using the Site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian to use the Site and the services offered thereon.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

8FL is not responsible for the failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as (but not limited to) pandemics, government measures, strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures at external providers. In such cases, 8FL is not obliged to provide compensation unless otherwise determined by law.


9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the district of Antwerp shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


10. AMENDMENTS

8FL reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on the Site and becomes effective immediately upon publication.
